This solution permit increase lifetime up to 100'000h with subsistence very low noise level. According to the test there which provides even more quiet and smooth operation with low-speed operation, and good reliability for more than 4 years. Design in Japan -  Advanced Fluid Dynamic Baerings.

Airflow is up 33 m3/h, with noise level at 17,8 dB, which  allow to certify that Super Silent Fan 5 is noiseless and even world quietest fan on the market.
Additional advantage is to assembly two fans, one in front of, second on the back of case, wchich guarantee deeply airflow.

Easy installation in case and power supply:
AAB Super Silent Fan 5 is mounted on 4 screws, the same as others fans. It's easy to rapidly change audible fan.

Fan Speed:
Fan is working on the medium level to affirm ideal compromise between low noise and high airflow.

Installation:
Easy installation is perfect solution for most of users. To solve this problem needed only scredriver.     

Bearings:
AAB Cooling fans use newest Advanced Fluid Dynamic Bearing. The life expectancy for FDB Bearing ato nominal 25C is 100kh compared with 50kh with dual ball and 30kh with sleeve bearing. AFDB ca endure temperatures up to 90C and as there is no mechanical contact during revolution therefore there is no oil reduction and no oil quality change and of course no leakage.

1. Use the oil film to replace the steel ball, the outside vibrations of absorption making its bearing effective, protect the surface of bearing. The impact of enabling it to bear, improve from bearing supreme 150G of the steel ball to 1,200G.
2. There is no metal surface to keep in touch, without noise, hot (Temperature Rising), wear and tear, have traditional steel ball bearing serious then just.
3. The life of the HDB is long (not wear and tear) limitlessly in theory.
4. Though in other electro mechanics employ, the steel ball bearing motor that has had 20,000RPM already appears, but apply to 10,000RPM main shaft motor on the hard disk plane at present, has already been close to limit. The rotational speed of the motor of the main shaft, capacity of storing will be further developed up, must make use of and help it in the motor of the HDB.

Oil film test presents Voltage that was measured at Voltage Meter connected to the bearing with power supply conntected to the fan.

1. The shaft depends on the bearing when AFDB is resting, but after rotating, shaft and bearing that the pressure result enables have not kept in touch at all.
2. Though traditional Sleeve bearing structure has lubricated but unable to produce the pressure oil films, so shaft and sleeve bearing are being struck constantly when rotating, produce collect carbon and high temperature, lead to the fact quickly that accumulates carbons and  finishes operating.
